We specialise in the provision of mobile event hospitals to major events and festivals within the UK and Ireland. The main event hospital follows the traditional ‘Emergency Department’ structure with clearly segregated areas for Resus, Majors, Minors, Recovery Bay, and waiting and reception areas. We have developed a bespoke patient software system that allows for the whole process to be computerised from check-in to discharge.

All our staff are fully competent and trained in the use of the response units. They understand the complexities and have extensive experience of working in densely crowded areas and on the various types of surfaces. We deploy various types of vehicles to our event.

From the commissioning of your event, our team will develop a comprehensive Medical Operational Plan (MOP) to ensure your event medical operations run smoothly. In addition, we can act as liaison with the statutory ambulance service to ensure that they know who is providing the medical provision and what capabilities are in place.

Festimed’s fully equipped 22 tonne Command Truck can be deployed as necessary to any event in Ireland or the United Kingdom. Our team would be the main point of contact between the organisations involved at the event should a major medical incident occur.
