RocDoc is led by our founders David Rock and Anna Rock, who are highly skilled and well-trained medical professionals. Fleet & Logistics
Each of our ambulances are ‘blue light’ enabled, fully equipped and compliant with government and international standards such as CEN.
Our vehicles and equipment undergo weekly and monthly inspections to ensure they meet the industry requirements.
We undergo inspections carried out by the Care Quality Commission, the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council, CHKS and the NHS Trusts that we support, and constantly receive excellent feedback.
Highly Qualified Medics
All our staff are highly experienced and come from a HSE, NHS, military or private emergency services across Ireland and the UK background.
Our team is made up of fully trained and qualified emergency care practitioners, paramedics, technicians, responders and ambulance professionals who have years of emergency experience. Our directors and senior management teams, who are advanced clinicians, Emergency Consultant Doctors, Emergency Crae Practitioners, Advanced Paramedics and Paramedics, and have extensive clinical knowledge and experience which is very beneficial when supporting our clients.
Excellence in Training
Training plays a very important role with our team’s development. Each team member has a comprehensive training plan that is regularly monitored. We provide regular training courses to ensure our team is up to date with industry standards. Our staff are trained to nationally recognised qualifications and they are registered with the appropriate professional bodies.
Control Room
To provide complete peace of mind, all of our services are run from a central Control Room, complete with real-time status updates directly from each vehicle.
Our experienced Control team coordinates the transport of patients between hospitals, from hospital to home, from home to outpatient appointments, and from care home to hospital, with a focus on streamlining transport to improve patient access and provide reliable service delivery.
